Built around a classic clamshell style aluminum boy/girl scout canteen. I scour the yardsales and swap meets for these and turn them into these nice saddle or shoulder carry canteens. They are unique and the stopper/lid may vary from the one pictured. These canteens have evolved through the years and there are many variations on the lid style. Most are plastic and some are a brightly colored yellow. If you have a preference please email me first to see what kind I have on hand. These are not always available but right now I have three waiting to find a home. This base price version comes stamped with a basic pattern or border stamping on one side only.
